We are recruiting for a pop-up in the luxury destination of Bicester Village who are looking for staff to support their brand in providing excellent service. With multiple Sales positions available this is an exciting opportunity.

This role will require working full time hours, 5 out 7 days per week, with training conducted between the 11th-15th June and opening planned for 22nd June 2026, running for 3 months.

Duties of the Sales Assistants:

• Consistently offer a personalised customer experience, tailoring the experience by entwining the values and history of the brand with their client journey and requirements.
• Expertly present products and inspiration behind them.
• Build strong relationships with customers and clients, developing your portfolio.
• Work towards the store’s objectives, to meet sales and CRM targets.
• Use your visual merchandising skills to ensure effective product placement, keeping in line with the brands image.
• Maintain awareness of inventory levels.
• Alongside management, support with creation of sales reports and adjust sales targets and approaches to align with trends and boost performance.

Applicant Profile:

• Previous experience working within a luxury fashion environment, within a Sales role.
• Become a brand ambassador, understanding and taking on the passion, creativity and open-mindedness that the brand carries.
• An interest and awareness of art and design.
• Strong fashion knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding levels of customer service.
• Flexible with your availability and able to adapt to the brands requirements as needed, you must be available for the full length of the contract.
