BettingJobs is currently recruiting for an established iGaming company are looking to hire a Paid Social Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Meta, Snap, and TikTok campaigns across assigned markets, overseeing setup, budgets, creative assets, and ad compliance.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and country managers to plan and execute annual Paid Social marketing forecasts.
  • Deliver accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including CLV analysis, while translating campaign data into actionable performance recommendations.
  • Support full-funnel acquisition strategies with Brand teams, including upper-funnel initiatives tailored to international markets and audience behaviour.
  • Partner with data teams to optimise tracking, landing pages, and ad functionality across campaigns.
  • Identify automation and technical efficiency opportunities while leading internal and external meetings to present insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple markets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau, reporting tools, attribution models, AppsFlyer, GTM, and advanced Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Paid Social platforms, tagging, tracking, and attribution methodologies.
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting through Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative and test new ideas.
