Macildowie are working with a client based in the Sywell area to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance within a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the external sales representative, you will take ownership of your designated customer base and play a key role in supporting area growth through proactive account management, quotation follow-up, and technical product support.

The Role

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
• Supporting external sales activity across your designated area
• Following up quotations and identifying conversion opportunities
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Providing product advice and technical support where required
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery

About You

• Previous experience within a sales, account management, or customer service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales growth
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A team player with a customer-first mindset
