Clinical Lead Nurse | Mayflower Care Home, Northfleet (DA11 7DX)
Up to £55,000 per annum (pro-rata for 6 months) | 6-Month Fixed Term | Immediate Start
This is a hands-on Clinical Lead role with a clear purpose.
Following a recent service review Mayflower Care Home is strengthening its clinical leadership on site. There are ongoing clinical challenges including investigations and the priority now is to bring stability, visibility and strong clinical direction into this home.
We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly and lead from the front. You’ll be a consistent presence on the floor supporting nurses, guiding decision making, and ensuring safe, high-quality care is delivered every day. This is not a desk-based role; it’s about being visible, approachable, and setting the standard in real time.

You’re calm, credible and clear in your approach. You don’t overcomplicate things you focus on getting the basics right, supporting your team and making sure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
You’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on the floor as you are reviewing care plans or supporting audits. Most importantly, you lead in a way that brings people with you.
