Salary: £30,160.00 per annum

Hourly rate: £14.50

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a one-hour unpaid break

AL entitlement: 20 days - Does NOT work BH


Job Summary


  • To oversee and manage all cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
  • To supervise cleaning staff across residential, concierge, amenities, gym, and pool areas.
  • To ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services.


Responsibilities & Duties


  • To manage and supervise all cleaning staff across the site, ensuring full coverage and high performance.
  • To oversee cleaning operations across:
    • Residential areas and communal spaces
    • Concierge and resident amenities
  • To ensure cleaning is delivered in line with agreed schedules and frequencies.
  • To carry out regular inspections of all areas and ensure standards are consistently met.
  • To manage staff rotas, attendance, and holiday/sickness cover.
  • To train and support staff, ensuring correct use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
  • To ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • To maintain stock control of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • To liaise with the Account Manager, Health & Safety Manager, and Managing Agent.
  • To report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents promptly.
  • To ensure excellent presentation and cleanliness across all internal and external areas.
  • To step in operationally where required.

Experience Required


  • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
  • Experience managing teams in residential or commercial environments
