We’re working with a growing insurance business based in Manchester City Centre that’s looking to strengthen its claims team with the addition of a confident and customer-focused FNOL Motor Claims Handler. As an FNOL Motor Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting a motor incident, setting the tone for a positive claims experience from the outset.

The FNOL Motor Claims Handler role:

• Handling inbound calls and taking details of new motor claims.
• Providing a calm, reassuring service to customers during a stressful time.
• Accurately recording information and setting up claims on the internal system.
• Assessing liability and providing guidance on next steps.
• Liaising with third parties, insurers, and other departments to ensure a smooth claims process.

Our ideal FNOL Motor Claims Handler:

• Previous FNOL or motor claims experience is essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident decision-making.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and friendly, team-oriented approach.
