Simple Recruitment are looking for an Arborist for a temporary ongoing opportunity with our client in Bath.

The Job:

As an Arborist, you will be specialising in maintaining and removing individual trees. This is an action-oriented role that will involve a lot of climbing and a variety of hands-on responsibilities.

• Carrying out climbing and groundsman duties in addition to driving and towing duties.
• Pruning trees and plants.
• Adhering to health and safety standards and best practice at all times.
• Continuously developing your understanding of tree growth characteristics.
• Carrying our tree risk assessments.

Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 3.30pm

Key Requirements:

• Relevant NPTC Qualifications.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fully qualified in Arial Rescue, Cross Cut, and Maintenance.
• You will ideally be trained up to CS39 aerial cutting of trees with a chainsaw.
• A full UK driving license is required.
