Salary: £37,670 - £45,000 + uncapped commission

You'll operate in the senior interim finance market, working on impactful roles while building a consistent daybook and establishing yourself as a market specialist. With strong leadership support and a clearer strategy in place, this role offers real scope to influence direction and performance.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced recruitment consultant (essential)
• Strong background in temp or contract recruitment
• Ideally experience within finance or professional services
• Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence operating at a senior, consultative level
