An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful and fast-paced business based on the outskirts of Birmingham. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of the ledger, building strong client relationships, and playing a key role in improving cash flow.

• Manage and reduce aged debt across a varied customer base
• Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email
• Build strong relationships with clients to resolve queries efficiently
• Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts
• Produce aged debt reports and support month-end processes

• Previous experience in a credit control position
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident working both independently and within a team
• Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload

• Receive a salary of up to £32,000
