Near Reading | £30,000-£38,000 + uncapped OTE | Full-time, Permanent

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established consultancy for an Internal Sales Executive to support their business development team.

You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline through research, email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and managing a sales pipeline

  • Researching target organisations and sectors

  • Engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Booking qualified meetings for Managing Directors

About you:

  • Sales, outbound or lead generation experience (B2B or B2C)

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, resilient mindset

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Able to commute to an office near Reading
