Email Production Coordinator (CRM, Email Marketing, Braze)

We are hiring an Email Production Coordinator to support the delivery of global CRM and email marketing campaigns for a leading brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns using CRM platforms (e.g. Braze)
• Manage QA processes including links, rendering and segmentation
• Populate templates across multiple markets and languages
• Coordinate test sends and stakeholder feedback
• Work with cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM and digital
• Track campaign workflow and ensure timely delivery

Skills & Experience

• Experience in email production or CRM operations
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Familiarity with email platforms (Braze preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and organisational skills

• £160/day (Umbrella)
• Approx. £35-£40k+ annualised equivalent
