Junior Financial Adviser

Location: Leeds

Salary: up to £45,000

A growing financial planning firm is seeking a Junior Financial Adviser to support an established adviser team following continued business growth and internal client redistribution.

This position suits either:

• A junior adviser looking to develop within a supportive environment.

• An experienced paraplanner ready to step into an advisory role.

You will initially support senior advisers with client reviews, report preparation, and ongoing client servicing. Over time, you will begin managing lower-value client relationships and progress into a full advisory position.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting advisers with client review work.

• Assisting with ongoing financial planning cases.

• Preparing for client meetings and follow-up actions.

• Building relationships with existing clients.

• Developing toward managing your own client bank.

What the business is looking for:

• Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management.

• Level 4 Diploma qualified or working toward completion.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ambition to develop into a long term adviser role.

• Team-focused attitude with willingness to learn.

Package:

• £35,000 to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience.

Working pattern:

• Initially office-based during onboarding and compliance approval.

• Hybrid model thereafter, typically 2 days office and 3 days remote.
