The One Group are exclusively recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a successful business in Cambridge on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is equally comfortable processing detail, improving systems, supporting commercial decision-making, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and finance operations
• Management of accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and cashflow management
• VAT returns and support with duty/excise reporting
• Month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Preparation of management accounts for external accountants and leadership
• Reconciliation between accounting, inventory, and sales systems
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar standalone role
• Confident & experienced with Excel
• Experience using Xero
• Availability to start within 2 weeks
