Our client is a growing, international financial consulting business, to support this growth they require a freelance Marketing Executive to join the team. The role is needed to support with CRM management, data quality improvement, and ongoing digital marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident working independently, and experienced in using HubSpot as a core marketing and CRM platform. The role is fully remote and available on a freelance basis for the equivalent of 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and optimise the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Improve the quality of client information, segmentation, and reporting. Implement workflows, lists, and automation within HubSpot.
Plan, create, and schedule regular digital marketing campaigns. Manage social media channels with consistent, engaging content. Monitor performance analytics and provide insights.
work with the business to edit and manage clear, compelling copy for email campaigns, social posts, and website updates. Support the development of marketing materials and client communications.
Requirements:This is a freelance role, operating remotely, for the equivalent of 2-3 days per week. These hours can be managed flexibly and the time required may vary. The role is initially available on a contract basis with the possibility of a more permanent arrangement. Candidates should be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
