Our client, a market leading supplier of products around the North West region, is looking to recruit a pricing, quotations and estimating administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, based at their office based in Blackburn.
Our client has a lot of loyal and repeat customers which is a great testament of the service levels that they receive.
A car owner / driver is required due to the location on the outskirts of Blackburn, near to Whitebirk.
Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 per annum
Holidays: 25 days plus BHs and company benefits
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri
The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage customer enquiries and provide quotations, product and pricing information to all customers and sales staff. You will be taking and processing customer orders as well as providing a price or quotation.
You will be a person who puts the customer's needs first, have experience of high volume orders in a fast paced office environment. Training will be provided on the many product types.
For the role of a Pricing and Quotations Administrator, we are looking for a confident communicator, a high level of customer service skills and be well organised as well as:-
• Having strong attention to detail
• Has superb communication skills and be able to work under pressure with an outstanding telephone manner
• Your prior experience will demonstrate your ability to build strong internal and external relationships and with a fast paced job role.
