ASQ Education
We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Head of Inclusion to champion equity, diversity, and student support across our international school community. Overview
The Head of Inclusion is responsible for developing, leading, and embedding a coherent and effective Inclusion Department, ensuring high-quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Able and Talented (A&T) students. In line with British Schools Overseas (BSO) standards, the role ensures that all students’ ages, aptitudes, and needs are taken into account; that no student is disadvantaged or discriminated against; and that every learner is enabled to access the curriculum, make strong progress, and fulfil their potential within an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment. As Head of Inclusion, you will also shape strategy, guide teachers in best practice, and collaborate with families and external specialists to create a truly inclusive school culture—making a lasting impact in a forward-thinking institution that values innovation, global-mindedness, and holistic education.
