An exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing luxury hospitality business in Central London.

Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, operational support and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.

• Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts and cash flow reporting.
• Lead budgeting, analysis and financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Partner with operational teams to support business performance.
• Support systems improvements, automation and reporting processes.
• Assist with audits, VAT and compliance requirements.
• Help develop and strengthen the finance function as the business grows.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Previous Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience.
• Hospitality, leisure, hotel or multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
