Payroll & Invoicing Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join a well-established business in Morecambe. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment where no two days are the same. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process and manage invoice requests in line with client requirements.
  • Run scheduled payment runs once funds have been confirmed.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment or invoicing discrepancies.
  • Review and manage previously held payments and invoices.
  • Produce weekly reports and carry out reconciliations.
  • Handle incoming calls and deal with queries relating to invoicing and payments.
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries efficiently.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in payroll and/or invoicing is desirable.
  • Confident managing inboxes and handling queries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Keen to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive environment.
