Are you a detail-driven Finance Administrator who thrives on keeping things accurate, organised, and on track? We’re working with a well-established business in Farnborough who are looking for a reliable and proactive finance professional to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role

Working as part of the finance team, you’ll support day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:

Coding invoices, bills, and credit card transactions accurately

Chasing missing invoices and receipts for credit card and personal expenses

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

Setting up and processing weekly payment runs

Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries

Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, or finance administration role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confidence chasing outstanding paperwork and liaising with suppliers

Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel

A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work to deadlines
