We are creating a new role within the Global Propositions team that will sit at the heart of shaping Costa’s future. Grounded in strong consumer, market and performance insight, this role will define where and how Costa grows, right-size store footprint, and evolve formats and propositions to meet changing customer needs across markets. Equally, it will be central to bringing new retail propositions to life, from early concept through to trial and scale, working closely across the business to turn strategy into action.

Location – Where you’ll work: Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Loudwater Innovation Centre
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be returning to our Loudwater office in January 2027, a space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life
