Senior Personal Injury Solicitor

Our client is a highly respected, long-established law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of working people and trade unions. Known for handling high-profile, precedent-setting cases, they deliver exceptional client care with a strong focus on social justice.

Responsibilities

• Managing an independent claimant caseload of moderate to high-value Personal Injury matters - primarily EL and PL
• Investigating complex medical issues, applying medical evidence to the law effectively to protect client interests
• Managing file finances diligently, including WIP, disbursements, billing, and meeting or exceeding set financial targets
• Supervising junior fee earners and support staff

Requirements

• Grade A Solicitor (8 years PQE+) or CILEX with extensive experience in EL/PL and high-quality claimant Personal Injury litigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities
• Highly IT literate, ideally with experience using Solicitors Case Management Systems
