My client is are seeking a Litigation Secretary / Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution team. This is a full-time role focused primarily on providing administrative support to fee earners within the department.

This position would suit someone looking to gain or build on experience within a legal environment, particularly those interested in a stable support role rather than a short-term training pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team
• Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
• Drafting and preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
• Handling client communications via telephone and email
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• General administrative duties to support fee earners

Requirements

• Previous experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential
• law degree preferred
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

• This role is best suited to candidates not intending to qualify as a solicitor within the next 2-3 years
