Description

  • Full double-entry bookkeeping
  • Sales ledger and purchase ledger management
  • Raising and posting sales invoices Credit control and debtor
  • chasing Bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Supporting or completing month-end close
  • VAT returns for both companies
  • Sales agent commission calculations

Profile

A successful Level 3 Bookkeeper should have:

  • Level 3 bookkeeping qualification or equivalent.
  • Sage line 50
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in financial administration within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.

Job Offer

  • Hourly pay ranging from £14.00 to £17.00, depending on experience.
