A highly successful and growing property business is seeking a confident and commercially minded Operations Manager to work closely alongside the Managing Director in a pivotal, newly created role.

This position would suit an experienced Operations Manager or a highly capable Office Manager / Senior PA from within the property sector who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business across multiple offices, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations across three offices
- Reviewing and improving internal processes and systems
- Identifying efficiencies and supporting cost-saving initiatives
- Assisting with HR matters, including employee relations and performance monitoring
- Carrying out final checks on payroll and commission structures
- Managing compliance processes, including AML and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining records relating to company vehicles and insurance policies
- Monitoring staff performance and supporting management with accountability
- Producing reports on operational performance and business profitability
- Managing office resources, equipment, and supplies
- Overseeing petty cash and general office expenditure
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and business initiatives
- Acting as a key liaison between teams and senior leadership
About You - Previous experience within the property / estate agency sector is essential
- Strong background in operations, office management, or senior administrative roles
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify improvements
- Confident, proactive, and able to work closely with senior leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
- A hands-on approach with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Based within a commutable distance of Broxbourne (max 45 minutes)
