The Role

• Learn the fundamentals of recruitment through a structured, hands-on approach
• Source and engage high-quality candidates within the Tech market
• Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates
• Build towards running your own 360 desk
• Develop business development skills and client relationships over time

What They’re Looking For

• Graduates OR candidates with sales experience
• Strong work ethic and attitude – this is non-negotiable
• Competitive individuals (sporting background is a big plus)
• Confident communicator with good energy
• Motivated by earning potential and progression
