Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Southend on Sea
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent
About the Role
I am seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to support a relocation business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks involved in recovering deposits for both short- and long-term rented accommodation. This includes negotiating with agents and landlords, coordinating documentation, and ensuring all actions follow internal authorisation and sign-off procedures.
Efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll play a key part in ensuring deposits are recovered in a timely and professional manner.
