We are supporting a friendly primary school in North Birmingham seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team.

Working hours - Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the school reception and handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records using Arbor
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Handling general administrative duties including emails, letters and filing
  • Assisting with admissions and safeguarding documentation
  • Providing support to the wider school team where required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of SIMS, Arbor or similar systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
