Robert Half are currently supporting an organisation based in Bath, who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 up to 12.5% bonus

Location: Bath

Hybrid Working Available

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Management Accounts for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance before consolidation
• Lead business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance to understand the story behind the numbers
• Collaborate with the Transactional Manager to enhance invoice coding and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee cash flow forecasts and VAT returns

Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
