Outbound Customer Service Representative

Salary: £26,000 + £27,000 + £5,000 OTE

Location: High Wycombe (office-based)

Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? I'm recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a leading medical equipment supplier and manufacturer based in High Wycombe.

My client partners with a globally recognised manufacturer and offers a portfolio of over 35,000 products. This role is focused on building strong relationships with an established customer base while cross selling and up selling a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships in collaboration with field sales representatives
• Support sales teams with order processing, customer queries, and account management
• Proactively identify customer needs and promote relevant products
• Provide support to the inbound team during busy periods, handling calls and processing orders
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

Outbound Sales Activity

• Make a minimum of 30 proactive outbound calls daily to existing customers
• Work towards a 50% call-to-order conversion rate
• Achieve monthly targets across call activity, revenue, and gross profit
• Increase activity to 50 calls per day during the final four working days of each month
