Responsibilities

  • You will be engaging with customers who have already shown interest in the service through Facebook enquiries or website requests.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into customers
  • Build trust and rapport quickly with customers and their families
  • Understand the customer needs, and recommend the most suitable solution
  • Follow up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
  • Drive personal development by continuously improving product knowledge, negotiation skills, and IT proficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, demonstrating successful negotiation skills but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

£24,960 basic salary with uncapped commission, OTE £48,000

This role is office based during the initial training and onboarding period. Following this, there is opportunity to work from home based on performance and reliability.

Initial 3 month contract with strong potential to become permanent
