Residential Conveyancing Paralegal 

Location: Dundee 

This is a great role for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who wants to join a progressive Dundee-based property team with a steady and varied workload. This role is well suited to a paralegal who enjoys responsibility, client interaction and working as part of a well-organised department.

You’ll support the delivery of an efficient, client-focused residential conveyancing service across a broad range of transactions.

The role

You’ll be involved in:

• Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Managing files and supporting fee earners through to completion
• Liaising with clients, agents and other parties
• Keeping knowledge current with legal and regulatory updates
• Supporting marketing, networking and client relationship activity
• Identifying opportunities to cross-refer services across the firm

About you

This role would suit an Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal who:

• Has previous residential conveyancing experience
• Is organised and comfortable managing multiple files
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
• Takes a proactive and practical approach to work
• Enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment
