Management Accountant | Dartford, Hybrid | £40k - £46k DOE

An established and exciting organisation is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The role is offering hybrid working from their North Kent office.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and support with month-end close
• Oversight of, and support for, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Working closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
• Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

The Ideal Candidate

• Has prior experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
• Is part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification
• Has hands-on experience with month-end processes
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Possesses strong Excel skills
• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
• Brings a positive, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and progress
