Recruit UK is working with a well-established, highly regarded independent financial planning firm to recruit an Adviser Support Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-focused individual looking to build a long-term career within financial services administration and adviser support.

Working closely with experienced advisers, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advice process, preparing client documentation, liaising with providers, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing client valuation reports and meeting packs
  • Assisting with suitability report preparation and supporting documentation
  • Processing applications, fund switches, withdrawals and provider instructions
  • Tracking business progress and liaising with providers/platforms
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting advisers with upcoming meetings and client requirements
  • Preparing quotes and gathering provider information for analysis
  • Providing wider administrative support across the advice process

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • A methodical approach with strong accuracy levels
  • Financial services experience or knowledge is advantageous but not essential
  • Committed to delivering high standards of client service and confidentiality

What’s on Offer

  • Salary between £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience
