Change and Communications Lead, People Operations Transformation (Contract)

The Company
They are a large, international organisation undergoing a significant People Operations transformation. With senior leadership sponsorship and global reach, the programme is focused on redesigning core hire-to-retire processes and improving how change is experienced across regions. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative and strategically important to the future of the organisation.
The Role and Deliverables
* Design and deliver an integrated change and communications strategy across a global People transformation programme.
* Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness and adoption risks across multiple regions and teams.
* Create a clear and compelling change narrative, tailored to different business and People audiences.
* Embed change and communications activity into programme and project delivery plans.
* Deliver adoption and readiness activities including briefings, toolkit, and FAQs
* Provide clear reporting on change progress, risks and dependencies to programme leadership.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience leading change and communications on large-scale People, HR or People technology transformations.
* Ability to operate confidently in complex, global, matrix environments.
* Hands-on delivery mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior leadership level.
* Good understanding of People operating models, service delivery and technology-enabled change.
