The BridgeLink Centre 373 Summerwood Road, Isleworth, TW7 7QR

Hours: 20 hours per week – Wednesday to Friday taken between hours of 12pm-6pm by arrangement.

Salary: £18,325 - £20,905 (LGS Pay Scale 5-6) for 20 hours per week.

Are you passionate about providing excellent services for members of the community? We are seeking a highly organised administrator to oversee the financial administration for the centre. This post will support IvybridgeLink Charity’s mission to promote learning and educational achievement, encourage pathways into employment, support healthy lifestyles and emotional well-being, offer opportunities for recreation/leisure activities and build a positive sense of community.

You will be working as part of the team alongside the Centre Administrator and there will be a combination of divided responsibilities with some shared responsibilities.

Main duties include:

  • Maintaining the financial records for IvybridgeLink Charity including all budgets and producing monthly financial reports, end of year accounts and budget projections.
  • Ensuring SAGE is maintained accurately, managing purchases, invoices, payments and reconciliations and managing petty cash, PayPal and credit card transactions. Including cash handling and banking.
  • Forwarding monthly data to the payroll provider and completing relevant personnel administration including uploading staff hours, expense claims and onboarding new staff.
  • Managing HR and training records for staff, trustees and volunteers including mandatory training such as Safeguarding and GDPR.

What you might be doing now:

  • Working in finance and administration, preferably maintaining financial records and SAGE.
  • Working in a charity, voluntary sector or in a community service setting is useful, along with an understanding of the public and voluntary sector
  • Looking to return to financial work after a career break
