Overview

Our client, an established and growing technology business, is seeking high-calibre graduates to join its commercial team as Graduate Business Executives.

This is a structured entry into enterprise technology sales, offering exposure to complex, solution-led environments and clear progression into senior commercial roles.

The Role

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you will support the development of new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.

You will gain exposure to the full sales lifecycle, from initial market engagement through to deal progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target organisations across key sectors
  • Engage prospective clients through structured outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
  • Support opportunity development and deal progression
  • Work closely with senior sales colleagues on live client engagements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Develop an understanding of the company’s solutions and market positioning

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree educated (minimum 2:1 or above)
  • Disciplines considered: Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Humanities, Law
  • Strong academic track record
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and interest in business development or sales
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
  • Motivated, driven, and career-focused
