The Role

You will support a busy conveyancing team on a wide range of residential property matters, including:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
• Carrying out searches and reviewing title documents
• Managing post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Supporting fee earners through to exchange and completion

This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and exposure to high-quality transactions.

About You

• Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
