Key Details

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Flexible between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE + monthly PRP
  • Location: Norwich (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
  • Training: Full-time in office initially

Essential Criteria

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing teams in customer service, sales, or operations environments
  • Sales & Retention Focus: Experience coaching teams to achieve conversion and retention targets
  • Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage day-to-day operations and improve processes
  • Customer Focus: Skilled in handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Team Management: Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
