The Role
Working closely with the Senior Projects Admin Manager and Project Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing essential administrative support across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact, handling incoming calls and messages Raise purchase orders and process supplier orders Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in collaboration with the Warehouse team Coordinate deliveries and manage waste collection schedules Follow up on late deliveries to keep projects on track Collect and organise project handover certificates Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather key project information Compile and maintain Health & Safety documentation
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator, able to liaise with a range of stakeholders Proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Previous administrative experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
