???????What You’ll Lead;
The opportunity;
Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership during a period of organisational transition.
Lead industrial relations activity, including union negotiations, pay talks and change initiatives.
Coach and develop the team while strengthening HR governance and processes.
Based onsite in Teesside.
What We’re Looking For;
Senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
Strong background operating in unionised settings, including collective bargaining, pay negotiations and complex IR.
Proven capability in restructuring, organisational design and leading HR change.
