Customer Service Administrator

£28-30k plus 6k bonus

My client is looking for a customer service specialist to join their team. The candidate must have a stable background in dealing with customers and ideally processing orders.

We need somebody with a good telephone manner and excellent written communication, somebody who can manage a busy role where you have to juggle a number of responsibilities.

Duties include:

• Answering calls and emails into the department
• Managing customer requests
• Liaising with internal teams to organise client visits
• Process service orders
• Managing reports
• Process orders
• Managing stock levels
