B2B Contract | Poland | 12-Month Engagement

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading global design platform used by hundreds of millions of people in virtually every country. With international users making up almost 60% of their user base, they are investing heavily in bringing their AI-powered features to life in local languages, and the Localisation team sits at the centre of that mission.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a 'LOTE' Data Labeller to work embedded within our client's Localisation team, partnering closely with their CORE Research and AI Platform teams. You will evaluate AI-generated content in your native language, build language-specific datasets, and help ensure AI features meet the quality bar expected by users across their international markets.

This is your chance to contribute directly to a product used by millions - and to shape how AI speaks to users in your language.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Label, annotate, and evaluate photos, graphics, videos, stickers, designs, and other data types in line with internal guidelines
  • Evaluate AI-generated content in your native language, assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness
  • Build and contribute to language-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of AI features
  • Review and refine your own labels based on feedback to maintain high accuracy and consistency
  • Manage your own time effectively to deliver against output targets and project timelines
  • Collaborate with data labelling teams based in the Philippines and EU
  • Attend all briefing and run-through sessions and remain responsive across all communications
  • Adhere to our client's data security and confidentiality policies at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Native proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Vietnamese, Thai or Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload independently across multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Background in visual communication, multimedia design, or language quality evaluation (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of data annotation (a bonus - full training will be provided)

THE DETAIL
