• Location: Abbey Wood
• Contract Type: Temporary approx. 4-6 months
• Start Date: Monday 8th June
• Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch, 35 hours per week)
• Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling to ensure effective use of time
• Coordinate communications (emails, calls, enquiries) with internal and external stakeholders
• Arrange meetings, travel, venues, equipment, and refreshments
• Prepare and organise documentation for meetings, ensuring timely distribution
• Take accurate minutes and provide full secretarial support for committees and meetings
• Maintain secure, organised electronic and paper filing systems in line with GDPR
• Prioritise workload and act on own initiative with discretion and confidentiality
• Support governance and corporate meetings with agendas, reports, and follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new starters, GP trainees, and students
• Maintain complaints tracker and provide admin support for responses and meetings
• Coordinate and manage external room bookings
• Support with admin tasks, including post handling, supplies, and purchasing
• Assist with policy and procedure reviews to ensure compliance
• Provide administrative support to estates (e.g., equipment servicing logs)

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent organisational skills, you can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep everything on track.
• You have a knack for clear communication, both written and verbal.
• You have an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various office software and tools.
