This position would suit a qualified Advisor with the drive and ability to maximise appointments. 

What's on offer:

• £30,000 basic salary
• £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
• Strong commission structure 
• Benefits include a pension scheme, holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays, mileage allowances, and company incentive schemes.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota basis
• Full-time position

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a proven track record in handling high-volume cases
• CeMAP qualified
• Comfortable working with lead sources
• Experienced in managing 3-4 appointments daily
• Strong communication skills  
• The ability to refer clients to protection advisors is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of mortgage applications and providing expert advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers.
• Conducting appointments and guiding clients through the mortgage process.
• Referring clients to protection advisors to enhance customer service and product offering.
• Achieving monthly mortgage targets and contributing to the company's growth in Norfolk.
• Keeping up-to-date with mortgage regulations, products, and industry changes.
