Role Overview:

As a Flexi Bank Practitioner, you will support our permanent team by covering varied shift patterns, ensuring the best educational experiences for children across all age groups. This role is ideal for both qualified and unqualified Early Years Practitioners seeking flexible employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover as needed, with flexibility in start and end times.
• Adhere to our daily routine, ensuring smooth transitions between activities such as mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and guardians.
• Promote child welfare and ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (e.g., nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training is desirable, with a willingness to update this training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to positively impacting the lives of children.
• A solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
