An established company is currently looking for an Administrator to support with a 12-month FTC. The Administrator role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments.

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Assist the wider team with administrative tasks, including CRM, file storage and scheduling
  • Manage incoming enquiries and provide timely responses to clients
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare sales reports, providing insights into progress, targets, and performance
  • Assist with maintaining relevant documentation in line with company policies
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Handle customer queries, ensuring resolutions are provided promptly
  • Liaise with clients to gain feedback and improve services

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Proven experience within a similar role desirable
  • Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • IT proficiency - knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
