An established and highly regarded law firm in Winchester is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Private Client team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident private client lawyer looking to take a leading role within a well-resourced, collegiate, and forward-thinking firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload.
• Advise individuals and families on a broad range of matters including:
  
  • Wills, including complex and high-value estates.
  • Probate and estate administration.
  • Inheritance tax and estate planning.
  • Trusts and trust administration.
  • Powers of Attorney.
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Build strong client relationships and play an active role in business development.
• Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their development.
• Influence team direction and participate in strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales.
• Significant experience in private client work, ideally at Senior Associate level.
• Comfortable handling complex matters independently.
• Strong client-facing skills with a commercial and empathetic approach.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to contribute to team development.
