Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor, in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries that come into the firm and you will be proactively capturing relevant information on our systems.
If successfully shortlisted, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will be sent to the email address you used to apply for this position. Subject to successful completion, you must then be available to attend our Sheffield office W/C 1st July for a final stage interview.
