Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
Leading and developing a team of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts
Owning commercial finance business partnering for various divisions
Supporting annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks, with a focus on automation and process improvement
Providing commercial insight to VPs, Managing Directors across global sites
Reviewing and challenging reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Delivering ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions
Travelling to a nothern site once a month to collaborate with key stakeholders
Driving accountability, resilience, and a solutions-focused culture within the team
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role (Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Senior Finance Business Partner, Head of Commercial Finance, or equivalent)
Strong business partnering skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating numbers into actionable business insight
Experience working in a listed or PE-backed environment, with exposure to complex reporting and tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience leading teams through change, ideally including ERP implementations
A hands-on, resilient approach, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to navigate complex spreadsheet structures
Experience with HFM or similar consolidation/reporting systems is a plus
A passion for developing people and driving team performance
