We’re looking for a highly organised Mortgage & Protection Administrator to work one on one with a highly experienced Mortgage adviser. If you love structure, detail, and getting things over the line—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage mortgage & protection cases from application to completion
• Package cases and chase lenders for updates
• Keep clients informed and collect key documents
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and insurers
• Ensure everything meets Financial Conduct Authority standards
• Keep CRM systems and paperwork accurate and up to date

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in mortgage/protection administration
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the UK mortgage process and protection products
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once

Day-to-Day

Chasing updates, packaging cases, speaking with clients, checking compliance, and supporting busy advisers.
